The food there is amazing it's so delicious The people there are friendly and very fast they are never rude always respectful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys sushi and a quite very clean establishment this place really is one of the best places my wife and I have ever been.

They have traditional sushi, old world sushi, they are pretty good if you know what is what. I suggest asking waitress if first time.

They do have some tofu dishes but i don't know if you can can change any dish into tofu. The sushi is assembled there though, so they might be able to do it for you if you ask
